Financial Assistant (60%)

To strengthen our Editorial team, we are looking for a Financial Assistant. You will join a fast-paced team working in an international environment. This is a permanent position based in our city center office in Manchester, UK.

As Financial Assistant, you will report directly to the Office Manager of the company and be responsible for accounts payable, internal reporting, and general bookkeeping tasks. This is a part-time position working 24 hours per week (60%) with potential to grow in the future as more responsibilities are given. This is an ideal position to gain finance experience in an international company with a wide variety of financial tasks.


  • Bachelor or Master degree in the area of finance, business administration or accounting
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detailed oriented
  • Reliable and conscientious team player with the capability to work in a dynamic, international environment
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
